In a short walk from the building, you can enjoy the Rincón de Loix area with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, health centre, schools,... and having at your disposal the city's large market every Wednesday and Sunday. Levante beach is just 10 minutes from the property.
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
